(Dusting....dusting...dusting....)

HEY BLOG!  I haven't been here in about...TWO YEARS!

But honestly, I need you right now.  I need a place where I can work 

through my feelings about moving.  Six weeks.  We are moving. 

 I need a place to talk about the precious things I have here in 

Jefferson, GA, that I will MISS when we move.

What I will miss item #1:  Gymnastics

Carley has been taking gymnastics since she was 3, but she has 

been with Ms. Jan since she was 4... or 5 I think.  Switching to the 

Rec Center gymnastics was a GREAT choice.  The individual attention

 the kids get there is incredible.  I started thinking about this tonight 

when I saw the sign to sign up for Summer sessions...and I realized

 we wouldn't be here.  :(

When Carley started there, I think she had yet to execute an 

appropriate cartwheel.  Now we are doing backbends, roundoffs, 

assisted hand
stands on the balance beam and handsprings on the vault.

What we have at our gymnastics program here is attention.  A small, 

wonderful program.  Enthusiastic, knowledgeable teachers.  I just pray we

 can find this sort of program when we move to MN.
