My new treasured posession...

This post is long overdue...

I received the most wonderful gift at Christmastime. A friend of ours, Mary Selano, created one of the most precious and heartfelt gifts I have ever seen...for ME! I felt so humbled and amazed by her creation, and most of all that she should take the time to do something like this for us. The patience and concentration it must have taken.

I believe she said she had worked on it for a year or so. There are no words for my appreciation...and my wonder. This will be a family treasure forever!

I just had it matted and framed, so I can finally find its place in our home. :)
